Best Before

  • What Does The Best Before Mean

    The "best before" date refers to the date until which a product is expected to retain its optimal quality, flavor, and nutritional value under proper storage conditions. It's important to note that the "best before" date is not a strict indicator of safety, unlike an expiration date, which suggests the product may no longer be safe to consume beyond that point.

    Our new pickup location and storefront are now open at 19585 56 Ave Unit 4, Surrey, BC. Once your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive a text message. Don't forget to update your profile to stay informed!

  • What if I can’t pick up my order or need to change my order pick up time?

    Please reach out to us via email at customerservice@falconessentials.ca or give us a call at 604-961-2397. Be sure to provide your order number, and we'll gladly assist you with any changes or arrangements you need.

  • How many days do you have to pick up your order

    To ensure we have enough space for the other customers orders we have a 2 business day policy

  • Do you have a return policy?


    All items are considered final sale, unless they are spoiled upon delivery

  • How often do you get new stock?

  • Do I have to pre order and pre pay or can I come in and just shop?

    You can go and shop in person without pre ordering.

  • Can someone else pick up my order ?

    Yes! It’s best to indicate the pickup person in the order notes when you place your order, Please Also Send that Person with the order Email printed so taht we can insure that all items are taken/ given in the amount you have ordered.

  • Do you accept visa/Mastercard?

    We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, onsite debit payments, and eTransfers. For eTransfers, kindly send them to Hamed@falconessentials.ca, ensuring to include your order number in the memo field.

  • How do I filter for vegan and other products?

    On the main shopping page, you can choose the category you're interested in, whether it's snacks and sweets or vegan options.

  • Is produce posted on the website, or purchased directly from the store location?

    Some products are available on the flacons essentials website and some on the lower mainland food and drink bidding admin approved site (like *produce because I was told it goes so quickly isn’t available on the website BUT you can ask to reserve some for in person pick up)

  • How many Falcon Points do I earn per purchase?
    • By default, you earn 100 Falcon Points for every $1 (CAD) spent.
  • Is there a limit to how many Falcon Points I can earn?
    • There is no limit to the number of Falcon Points you can earn. The more you shop, the more points you accumulate!
  • Do Falcon Points expire?
    • Yes, Falcon Points expire 12 months after they are earned. Be sure to use them within this period to enjoy your discounts.
  • Can I transfer my Falcon Points to someone else?
    • While you cannot directly transfer Falcon Points to someone else, you can convert them to a coupon certificate and give that to a friend or family member for use. They can use the coupon even if they don't have an account.
  • Can I use Falcon Points along with other discounts or coupons?
    Yes, you can use Falcon Points in conjunction with other discounts or coupons. Just apply your points at checkout along with any other discount codes
  • How can I check my Falcon Points balance?
    You can check your Falcon Points balance by logging into your account and visiting the Falcon Points Page
  • What should I do if my Falcon Points are not showing up
    • If your Falcon Points are not showing up, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We'll be happy to help resolve the issue.

    Falcon Points are our loyalty rewards program. You earn points with every purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.
  • How do I earn Falcon Points?
    You earn Falcon Points with every purchase you make on our site. The points are automatically added to your account once your order is completed

    typically we deliver the orders in a refrigerated truck/van.

  • How do you keep your prices so low?


    Some items are sold at standard wholesale prices to the public, while others represent the last remnants of our containers or shipments. Occasionally, we have surplus inventory that needs to be cleared, prompting us to reduce prices below our cost for clearance. This process is akin to selling end-of-roll carpet or similar items.
